Cloud Inventory Report Overview
Cloud-based networking has become increasingly common in recent years, bringing new difficulties. With less regulation than traditional on-premise networking, cloud-based networks provide a greater chance for unknowns, challenging Network and Security teams today to both understand and manage an accurate network inventory.
As industry leaders of mapping and securing networks, RedSeal is offering a remote Cloud Inventory Report, so that you have the tools you need to drive your cyber visibility, compliance, and risk vulnerability efforts forward. RedSeal’s Cloud Inventory Report includes the following actions and outcomes:
1. Review Deployment Goals
A RedSeal Professional Services Engineer will consult with you and your internal stakeholders to understand your cloud computing environment and take you through the Cloud Inventory Report service and its outcomes.
2. Assess Cloud Virtual Network Inventory
To validate whether you have a current and complete inventory of your cloud environment, including VPCs/VNETs, Empty VPCs/VNETs/Subnets, instances per VPC/VNET and per Subnet. We’ll review your expected cloud inventory and compare it to the data the RedSeal platform discovers.
3. Present Findings
The outcome of this project is to create a Cloud Inventory Report, which our PSE will meet with you to discuss our findings. We’ll make sure that you’re aware of any discrepancies between your assumed Cloud inventory and what RedSeal found.
